PRE-ORDERS:

DUE TO COVID-19 pre-orders may arrive before actual shipping date or experience a slight delay, depending when order is placed and destination. Due to COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there are any issues with the item please contact us at im.buhtr@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving item to resolve issue.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

At this time due to the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are NO refunds and NO returns allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  If there are any issues with the item please contact us at im.buhtr@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving item to resolve issue.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, your items may arrive in multiple packages and shipping and handling may take longer than usual. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Some orders made SUNDAYS - FRIDAYS, BEFORE 6 pm will be shipped out on SATURDAYS.
